Buying a membership
What you get, how it reaches you, and when money comes back.
Payment
Payments are processed by PayNow, who are the seller on record for every order. Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your payment details never reach this website.
Delivery
A membership is applied to the Steam account you enter at checkout, normally within a minute of payment. If you are already in game when it arrives, disconnect and rejoin to pick it up.
Timed memberships start the moment they are applied and end when the time runs out. Buying the same length again while one is running adds the days on top.
Refunds
If a purchase does not arrive, or a fault on our side stops it working, we fix it or refund it. Contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.
Refunds are not given for a change of mind, for an account banned under the server rules, or because a mode or a reward changed after purchase.
Accounts
A membership belongs to one Steam account. It cannot be transferred, shared between accounts, or resold. You are responsible for everything done on your account.
Availability
The server runs continuously and never wipes, but it is restarted for updates and maintenance. Modes, maps and the contents of a membership can change as the server develops.

Everything goes through the QQ group. For an order, include the order number from your receipt.
